Harry Diamond was a photographer known for his photographs of artists, jazz musicians and of the East End of London. He captured the "faces" of bohemian Soho in the 1960s and 70s. He frequented the London watering holes favoured by artists including Lucian Freud and Francis Bacon, and soon became known as the "man in the mac" who was always carrying a camera.
